Quick Overview

The 2-piece portable wheelchair ramp was first introduced by LiteRamp ™ in 2003. Since then, our design has been copied numerous times by other manufacturers. Today, almost all portable wheelchair ramps 6-foot or longer are produced in 2-piece style. 2-piece ramps require less lifting weight than 1-piece ramps, which is a major advantage for handicap uses.

A 2-piece LiteRamp ™ can be taken apart into two separate pieces side by side. Each piece folds length-wise and has two handles to be carried like a suitcase. A complete ramp is made of two suitcases. Unlike our imitators, LiteRamp ™ wheelchair ramps require NO tooling and NO loose parts to lock and unlock the two pieces / suitcases. Our ramps can accommodate 3-wheel scooters.

LiteRamp ™ 2-piece wheelchair ramps are available in 6-foot, 7-foot, 8-foot, and 10-foot lengths.
