Return and Cancellation Policy
Hygiene Products - Nonreturnable
As a supplier of products used for personal care and hygiene, we take very seriously our responsibility to help safeguard the health and safety of our customers. For this reason, we follow FDA and industry guidelines regarding the return and resale of certain categories of products.
The following items are nonreturnable:
- Bath Lifts and accessories
- Walk-in Tubs
- Shower chairs
- Shower benches
- Transfer benches
- Toilet aids
Cancellation
Orders of the above items canceled prior to shipping will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. One an item ships, the order cannot be canceled.
Custom-Made Products - Nonreturnable
The items listed below are custom-made, cut to your specifications. As such, they are nonreturnable. Once these items are in production, your order becomes nonreturnable.
- Selected Wheelchairs
- Stairlifts
- Vertical Platform Lifts
- Walk-in Tubs
Cancellation
Orders of custom-made products can only be cancelled prior to the start of production, and will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
Returnable Products
Mail orders
For an authorized return of items other than hygiene and custom-made products, please contact us at customerservice@accessibility4less.com for a return merchandise authorization (RMA#) approval and shipping instructions. All authorized returns are subject to a manufacturers’ 25%’ restocking fee.
Important returns information:
RMA#’s expire after 30 days of issuance. Only items returned within thirty (30)days of the original receipt shall be eligible for credit.
Packages refused and returned by the customer without prior return authorization and an RMA# will not be accepted
All returns must be sent back by the customer
Returns received in a condition unsuitable for resale will not be eligible for a refund. Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and is subject to inspection.
Used items are not eligible for return and are covered under their respective warranty
Carton damaged items when accepted must be marked “DAMAGED” on the bill of lading for truck shipments, or on the shipping manifest for small packages. Customers must request a RMA# to report damage during shipment, within 7 days of original receipt. Credit cannot be issued for shipping damage if Accessibility4less is notified to issue an RMA# after seven (7) days of original receipt.
Accessibility4less is not responsible for any return shipping damage or loss of returned packages
Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order ships, it is subject to all return policies and restocking fees.
