John, it works fantastic. I ordered this for my wife who is a recent below the knee amputee. I thought this would help her get in and out of the tub. It works superbly. In fact it even works in our large high walled jetted tub as the lift raises almost to the top.

Thank you so much for your quick response to questions and super fast
processing of our order. I placed an order with you on a Monday morning for
a stair lift and a bath lift. The bath lift was delivered on Wednesday and
the stair lift was delivered on Friday. I installed both units myself
without any difficulties. The bath lift took just minutes to install. Due to
some mental and pretty bad physical problems, my son, who loves to take a
bubble bath, has only been able to sit on a shower stool and get a shower
for a little over a year. My son was very happy Wednesday night when we put
him on his new bath lift and lowered him into a bubble bath. The stair lift
took me just a few hours to install. My 13 year old mentally and physically
handicapped son has already learned how to operate the stair lift with

The bath lift was delivered quicker than we expected. My wife was diagnosed with MS about 3 years ago, Her health went from walking around downward to being in a motorized wheelchair in that time. We had turn out the old tub and put in a shower unit to make it easier for her to get in and out since she could no longer lift her legs high enough to get in the tub. Later on when our Daughter and granddaughter moved back in with us to help take care of her the granddaughter fought taking a bath because she was scared of the shower. So we put a tub back in, in one of the spare rooms. Once the wife saw the tub she wished she could get in it and taking the long soaking baths she use to. We then saw your lift. We decided to purchase one. Now I have no problem getting my wife into the tub, the problem is getting her back out, as she loves that she can lay there and soak in the tub like she use to. The Bath Lift has arrived and my wife loves it! Since her stroke four years ago, this is the first time that she has been able to take a bath because she doesn't have the ability to lift herself out of the tub. I was pleased that this unit was so easy to assemble and operate. After I demonstrated it's operation to her, she could operate it all on her own while I go off to play golf!
