All returns must be in complete, original, undamaged packaging. Call for shipping instructions.

All Bath lifts may be returned within 7 days if the product has only been used dry and clothed. If it is used in water or is sat on by an unclothed person, it may not be returned. There is a 15% restocking charge. 

LiftSeat Independence Toilet Lifts have a 30 day money back guarantee. If not 100% satisfied, ship it back in the original packaging.  

Tush-Push Toilet Lifts. May be returned within 7 days if it has only been used as a trial run by a clothed person. If it used by an unclothed person, it may not be returned. There is a $200 restocking charge. 

Commode Assist, UpLift, UpEasy and Risedale Products may be returned within 7 days. These products have a 30% restocking fee.

All Other products: all sales are final.
