I installed the lift for my 85 yr. old Mom with ease, and she used it the first time Sunday. Thanks for your quick response to questions regarding the suction cups. My friend ordered a Sterling bath tub lift from you She said that you shipped it the same day, emailed her a UPS tracking number and then followed up to make sure that she was satisfied. She also said that when she had problems 3 months later that you resolved them quickly, at no cost to her.

I was so impressed that I decided to order one as well. By mistake, I ordered from a different dealer. They told me that the lift would be shipped within a few days but would not provide a tracking number. When I called a week later I was told that the tub lifts were “stuck in customs”. They tried to convince me to take a different model that looked cheap. Refusing to refund my money without a “cancellation fee” they delivered the bath lift that I ordered 30 days later. When it finally arrived, I had a few questions about the operation of the unit. The salesperson had no actual knowledge of the product and told me to call the manufacturer.

Hello! We purchased this lift for my wife to use who has serious mobility problems. Hi John. The lift arrived quickly and was in great shape. I gave it a charge and tested it out to see that it would do what I needed and it passed with flying colors. I look forward to many a bath with this unit. It is more comfortable than the unit I am replacing and I feel more secure with it which is very important for a paraplegic who is alone much of the time. Knowing that I can use it whenever I feel like it is vital to me. Also since I travel a good bit, the portability factor comes into play as well. She suffered a stroke in October 2005, about 4 months after we moved into our new town. The big selling feature of the town was an extra long and extra deep bath tub. Since her stroke she did not have the strength to get into and out of the tub.

Yes, we received the Sterling bathtub lift in time to charge the battery and have it back in the box and wrapped for Christmas. It was a gift for my Mom. My parents have a brand new house that includes a large garden tub in the master bathroom. Because my Mom has a lot of trouble with her knees she wasn't able to use the tub. She was so excited to receive the lift and used it for the first time the night of the 26th. She called me about 9pm that night and told me how nice it was to take a bath again. She loved it!

UPS delivered the lift yesterday afternoon around 4:00 or so (I think) that was quick, from Sunday night when I ordered it, you mailed it on Monday and I got it on Wed.! Service with a smile I'd say!

My brother took out the old lift and put in the new, so easy, and I charged the battery overnight last night so today I will take a good tub bath! It is very attractive and easy to install, just set it down in the tub and use the hand control to raise and lower it. My old unit, had to be done by a plumber to get all the hoses on right. Mom , (86 years young) used the bath lift for the first time last night and it worked great. I am a Restorative nurse and work with the elderly in maintaining their independence. This fills their need for continuing to bathe independently in the tub. I kidded my Mom about charging her friends who have given up tub baths at home to come use her lift.

We got the Sterling bath lift and I immediately put it on the charger. It is for my wife who has really bad knees and can no longer gut up and down so she stopped using our whirlpool bath tub. She was apprehensive that such a light device would give her the freedom to get into and out of the bath again. Our tub is an inch or so taller than the lift is but that was no problem. I wish I could have taken a picture when the lift brought her all the way up to where she could use the rails to scoot over onto her bench. She said it was easy. What a blessing! She had not used the whirlpool tub in almost a month, we have other baths with showers and it was easier for her to stand, believe it or not. She just cant bend her knees due to several bad surgeries. I am sure glad I saw your ad searching on Google. Thank you and I will keep you updated.

After 10 years of having to get up and down and sit on a shower stool, I can once again get right down in the water. I am heavy, and my left leg won't bend(thanks to an auto accident). Thanks for the quick delivery. The tub lift is for my Dad. He'll be 90 in December and lives on his own. He has all kinds of 'grab-bars' in his tub, but has been having trouble getting out lately. I am not sure there are enough words to tell you how much this bathtub lift has helped me. I was beginning to have a real problem with my arms trying to pull myself up. I had tried all sorts of things, because I refused to give up my bath. A bath has always been so relaxing to me and maybe even moreso now.

It is a shame that Medicare doesn't pay for these. I can only imagine how many people could use these lifts. I even wonder how many people could stay at home or even assisted living without having to go to a nursing home if only they could have access to this marvelous invention. There is no way a person can bathe as well with one of those Medicare benches in the tub! Not only is this a matter of ease and convenience, it is a matter of good personal hygiene.

I owe you so very much! I don't know how long these last, but if mine wears out I certainly hope you are still selling them.

Your tub lift has been a God send. My husband has Parkinson's and he needs the hydrotherapy of our whirlpool. Finally got the chair lift installed and it looks like it will work fine. As we spoke about on the phone we took the side panels off so as not to block the Jacuzzi jets when it is lowered.

For one to use the lift in this model Jacuzzi they would have to be able to get in the tub then sit in the chair lift. For me this is not a problem, after knee replacement surgery I'm not able to get out of the tub so this will work perfect.

The bathtub lift arrived late yesterday to Tom's house in Eau Claire - absolutely amazing speed. They did the charging and have used it once. It arrived in good condition, was easy to figure out and he appreciated getting into the tub again. He is about 6' 4" and design of tub doesn't allow it to go too far back so he could not stretch out as much he he would have liked but did appreciate being surrounded by water and the soaking. Their tub is quite deep and the chair came up far enought to make it easy for him to get on it. Thank you for your fast action.

Hi I had polio when I was 4 yrs old, then I had bi-lateral knee surgery when I was 54 and it left me unable to bend my iknee only about 50 degs and I should have been able to bend them90 degs. I always loved soaking in the tub, because for medical reason from polio I was never able to stand long in the shower. Since I could'nt bend my legs to get up out of the tub I was unable take baths any longer. 5 years later with no baths I got online and typed in bathlifts and this site came up. I called and the price was great and I ordered one the same day and it was delivered the next day. Well I am back to soaking I feel like I have died and gone to heaven when I am in the tub, the ramp is a lifesaver to me. I just wish more people knew that something like this is available to them and not costing $1000 or more. I love it.

I've wondered before writing these comments where should I start? The Sterling 300 Bath Lift is everything you advertised it to be and more. My thoughts are filled with so many wonderful

blessings this product has restored in my life it is hard to know where to begin to express my sincere appreciation. I decided to start with the negatives about the product. I can not think of a single one. My every thought is positive on your Bathtub Lift. And, for all the world to know, I have never found any other personal product I could say that about!.

It is so easy to put together. It actually takes longer to unwrap then to put together! Well, maybe that would be a tie.. lol.. Being serious I would say it took about 5 minutes to put together and another 5 minutes to place it into exact position in the tub.

I sit on it and lean back as far as it will go knowing, with total confidence, it will not break or collapse. Even if I sit near the edge of it I know it will support me. At first I was afraid if I sat near the edge my legs would be caught under the seat if it suddenly fell. Now I know I am safe. Absolutely no fear of falling or the seat collapsing.

I've read all the comments on your Bath Lift and each comment I found to be true. Here is one I haven't seen mentioned:

I expected to feel the water surround me.. To rest my legs and body in the water and feel the luxuriousness that water gives the body and the semi weightlessness that flows through your legs and body as the water helps you support yourself. To relax my mind, body and spirit again almost as much as bathing did for me before I became so disabled. I DID not expect the wonderful feeling of water rising through the fabric of the seat! I thought it would be the one pretty dry area that I would have to contend with and simply feel blessed to have all the other positives. I want you to know the water flows under my body, around my body, I am emerged in the water where every bit of my skin feels the water refreshing and cleansing it. That, my friends, is magical.

And last.. Although my back is a major disability my knees and legs prevent me from bending them in any way to allow me to stand from a prone position. When sitting, or lying, that way my legs are immobilized and locked straight. They become immovable objects. Yet, I knew if I could only get the bottom of my feet placed on the bottom of the tub I could stand up and get out of the tub. With only 4 inches of elevation into a sitting position I could have stood with the help of support from my arms. Now I can stand. Before I would get so breathless even trying to shower my heart would race and beat in the 140-170 range from sheer exertion. I could barely breathe. When I got out of shower I could barely grab a towel and collapse across my bed. My heart would be pounding. And all from trying to use hand grips to lift my entire body from being prone to standing. That was dead weight supported only by my arms. Until I was in a standing position. And now!! Ohmygosh! It, to me, is magical! A true gift! I can get in and out of the tub alone. Sure I still am disabled but I can function well enough now to stand, to breathe, to not fear I'm going to have a heart attack simply because I need to shower. I can BATHE.. I can get out of the tub, get dressed, walk into another room (with a cane or walker) and be breathing normal.. Thank you John. I can't find the words to express how pleased my wife is with our Sterling Bath Lift. After 30 years in our previous apartment we moved to a smaller more convenient apartment because of her deteriorated health. Unfortunately it was more difficult for her to get in and out of the bath tub in the new apartment. It was the one thing that she missed so very much. Now she is delighted and so am I.
