The soft cover disc moves in all directions except to the front, and makes it easy to transfer safely onto the seat while allowing
optimum freedom of movement in the desired bathing position.

This lift is best in situations where the bather has a care giver to operate the manual crank. If the bather has very good arm movement, he may be able to operate it himself.

I used the Peter Pan lift for my mother and at first she resisted but was okay once she was lowered in the tub. She was able to wash herself and with help was easily able to get out of the tub. It is hard for her to admit that it did work well and she will be able to take a bath more often as she wishes without much trauma.

I certainly believe the product is well worth it and would recommend it to anyone.

I want you to know that I received my Peter Pan Bath lift and I used it for
the first time last night. The lift was easy to operate both up and down.

It is very well made and spring loaded to counter act your weight.
The lift lowered me very low so that I could enjoy the tub jets fully and
later lifted me so that I could easily stand up and get out of the tub.

I am 72 years old and have had both knees replaced so I can use all the help
I can get. I was able to operate the lift alone but I had my wife close by in case I
needed her.
